THREE ZONE TUBE FURNACE The Three Zone Tube Furnace is designed to maintain working temperature of 1200°C, 1500°C and 1600°C to facilitate various applications in instrumentation, material research, electronic industry and semiconductor industry. Weiber three-zone tube furnaces feature three 16-segment programmable controllers—one for each zone. Microprocessor-based self-tuning PID control provides excellent control without over-shooting of set temperature. At 1500°C and 1600°C, silicon carbide rod elements are mounted parallel to the tube. Furnaces have a uniform temperature throughout the length of the process tube and excellent radial and linear temperature uniformity. The digital LED displays set and actual temperatures at the same time. Weiber designs range of furnaces to provide improved temperature uniformity along the tube through the control of three heated zones. The standard control system has the two end zone controllers coupled to a centre zone thermocouple thereby enabling the centre zone temperature to be followed closely. Alternative control systems having different interzone communication methods are available depending on the application and degree of accuracy required. Three Zone Tube furnace offers wider application in Sintering or Roasting or Forging or calcining, Gravimetric analysis, Quantitative analysis, Heat treating or Preheating, Stress Relieving, Quenching or Hardening or Austempering, Annealing or Tempering or Normalizing, Temperature measurement .

1200째C DUAL QUARTZ TUBES FURNACE

Dual Quartz Tubes & Three Zones CVD Furnace is a dual tube and three-zone tube furnace with max. working temperature of 1200째C for growing film on metallic foil by CVD, especially designed for make graphene and flexible electrode for solar or battery electrode. Three 30 segments programmable controllers are built in with K type thermal couple. Microprocessor-based PID control provides excellent control without overshooting and +/- 1 0C accuracy. Refractory fibrous alumina insulation liner for maximum energy saving. Heating element is NiCrAl Resistance Wire. Two quartz blocks are included to block heat radiation.

1700 째C THREE ZONE 60 MM ALUMINA TUBE FURNACE

1700째C Three Zone 60mm Alumina Tube Furnace is a CE certified three zones tube furnace with 60mm dia. alumina tube, mechanical vacuum pump and three channels gas flowing system, which can heat sample to 1700oC and achieve vacuum degree up to 5x10-2 torr and mix 1- 3 type of gases for CVD or diffusion. It is an excellent furnace for annealing, diffusing and sintering sample in various atmospheres. Thermo-couple, Power cord and quartz tube and stainless steel sealing flange with gauge/valve are included for immediate use.

THREE ZONE ALUMINA TUBE FURNACE 60 MM

Three Zone Alumina Tube Furnace is controlled by three precision 30 segments digital temperature controllers independently. One zone is heated by Super-1800 MoSi2 elements up to 1700°C, and another two zones are heated by SiC elements up to 1400°C. The tube furnace can create various thermal gradient by adjust three zones temperature. Its PID automatic control via current limiting phase angle fired the resistor, e.g. SCR (Silicon Controlled Rectifier). It has a Power control with 30 segments programmable. High quality Ni-Cr-Al resistance wire serves as heating element and can be heated up to 1200oC.

THREE ZONE SPLIT VERTICAL TUBE FURNACE WITH 80 MM

Three Zones Split Tube furnaces with 80 is an idea furnace for making quenching test and temperature measurement.
