PSAT II / I Honors Programs

Math Honors Programs

• The most highly recommended English programs specifically designed to target 8th-10th grade students • Incorporate vital strategies for critical reading, vocabulary, grammar, and SAT-style essay writing to help students for acceptance in honors / AP programs and prestigious private schools • Builds the foundation necessary for SAT success while preparing students for PSAT/NMSQT Scholarship

• Local textbook curriculum previewed and taught at each campus to help students achieve A’s in their upcoming math classes • Lessons are designed to simplify complicated math concepts for easier understanding • Students who take our summer courses will also continue to enroll in our Fall program to further strengthen their comprehension

Options for Friday Class Advanced Writer’s Workshop • Develop various styles of writing such as persuasive, comparative, descriptive, and analytical essays • Emphasis on sentence structure and grammar

Public Speech • Interactive activities to reinforce important learning skills • Students learn to articulate and support their opinions and arguments

9:30 am - 12:30 pm or 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm

This class is designed for sophomores who want an early start on their SAT preparation. This intensive class offers a comprehensive summary on all English areas of the test, including the verbal and grammar portions. Minimum diagnostic test scores are required. or
