How can an emerging brand stand out in a market that is saturated with established and historic names? We began upstream by benchmarking innovative and more experiential brands and tactics outside of the Champagne industry in tech, beauty, fashion, and wellness. This informed a new set of guidelines to talk to a younger and more demanding audience about craftsmanship, terroir, and heritage. With a new brand architecture in place, we applied these guidelines to refresh the visual identity and redefine the way the brand communicates through its content. With the launch of a new website, we consolidated that vision into a single platform, and introduced a new revenue stream for an audience that lives and buys online.
