Option 2 1. Visit https://myaccount.google.com/intro 2. Log in to the Google account 3. Click the Connected apps & sites link on the My Account page. This will display the list of apps connected to QuickBooks 4. Scroll down to the bottom of the page 5. Search for Allow less secure apps option 6. Turn it On 7. Go back to QuickBooks and retry sending email

Note: When you will change the security levels, you will get an email from Google with a warning, reading: “Please be aware that it is now easier for an attacker to break into your account.”
