A deconstructed harp display will provide visitors with the opportunity to experience first-hand all the components necessary to construct a harp. This will be an interactive, hands-on installation allowing each person to try playing the harp themselves. Educational programming will include a live concert series featuring performances on historical instruments, classical and jazz music concerts, the IHM’s annual “Spotlight on Youth” scholarship audition, lectures, beginner harp classes and other educational opportunities.
