Reputation Champions

Reputation Champions

It’s not what you say that defines you. It’s what you do and how you do it that creates your reputation. Your reputation underpins the bonds of trust and integrity and conveys the qualities of insight and intelligence that are essential to forging resilient, profitable and long lasting client relationships. Protecting, promoting and projecting your reputation is paramount. How to do that with real effect in a world of information overload and competitor noise is where we come in.

We have advised or worked in-house for international law and accountancy firms, banks, corporate financiers and stockbrokers.

We utilise a portfolio of integrated communications disciplines to achieve our client’s objectives. And we think we’re pretty good at it.

But we also work for major organisations in the public, private and third sectors across the UK and for some in Europe, so we know what tactics deliver real commercial impact and value.

Ok, so we’re not the largest agency in the world. But that doesn’t stop us having big ideas. We’ve won numerous national and international awards, collecting trophies in London, Stockholm, Munich and Berlin over the last few years for campaigns to promote and defend client reputations, triumphing against such giants as IBM, BASF and Unilever.

We see ourselves as reputation champions.

Severfield plc We delivered a major corporate rebrand, communications and employee engagement programme for the UK’s premier structural steel company responsible for such iconic landmarks as the London 2012 Olympic Stadium, Heathrow T5, the Paris Philharmonic and The Emirates Stadium. The result was a unified brand that boosted investor relations, team motivation and industry profile.

Case study

Utilita Energy We devised and delivered a comprehensive programme to define the Values and set the Mission and Vision for the UK’s fastest growing independent energy company, with 500,000 customers, 1,500 staff and 11 locations around the UK. The project concluded with the delivery of 19 presentations to 2,000 people in five cities over two months.

Case study

EuropĂŞche We devised and delivered a communications and reputation management programme for this Brussels-based organisation which represents the â‚Ź7 billion European fishing industry, comprising 116,000 fishermen and 87,000 vessels operating across EU waters.

The campaign, which won a major European reputation management award, involved website and interactive infographic development, political communications and media relations spanning 12 EU countries in three languages.

Case study

Purple We created the name, branding, marketing collateral, messaging and launch event at the London Stock Exchange for this new, national organisation aimed at ending discrimination of disabled employees in the workplace. The campaign has won both European and UK awards, as well as delivering direct commercial opportunities for the organisation.

Case study

Addleshaw Goddard We carried out research, conducted interviews, prepared partner profiles and created more than 500 pages of reputation enhancing content for a new website, as well as other marketing collateral, for this highly regarded, UK headquartered, international law firm.

Our process

We never just ‘wing it’. Unlike some agencies, we never just ‘wing it.’ Rather, we work to a defined, six step process that begins with insight, progresses with intelligence and concludes with innovation and impact.

It looks like this:

1

Research To fully understand the brand, its target audiences and online marketplace.

2

Creative and Strategy

3

Content

Coming up with the big idea that will overarch the strategy.

Creating targeted, engaging and dynamic content for on and offline channels.

4

Distribution and Promotion Pushing content far and wide and reaching the target audience.

5

Measurement

6

Reassessment

Carried out on a regular basis against agreed KPIs.

Proactively shifting focus to where we have the greatest success.

Want to know more? We’d rather talk over a coffee than chat over email. So, if your reputation is as important to you as we think it should be, give us a call and we’ll fix a date.
