Estate Agency of The Year Awards 2010
“As Ombudsman, I’m very keen to see the standards of the industry be raised ever higher and no doubt these awards will provide agents with additional incentive to do so.” Christopher Hamer, The Property Ombudsman
Estate Agency of the Year Awards 2010, in association with The Sunday Times The Estate Agency of The Year Awards were established in 2003 with the aim of celebrating and endorsing best practice, and have been providing estate agencies a platform to reward hard work, high standards and exceptional performance ever since.
In association with The Sunday Times, these prestigious awards together with the popular ‘Leadership Summit’ and Future Estate Agency Seminar’ programmes consistently generate a huge amount of interest and attract owners and senior directors of small, medium and large agencies from across the UK giving you an opportunity to meet with an exclusive group of decision makers.
The longest established awards in our profession, the Estate Agency of the Year Awards are judged by a panel of independent industry experts, overseen by The Property Ombudsman, and are supported by the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).
There is no finer gathering of the industry’s elite to be found.
The opportunity Just 12 companies will have the opportunity to sponsor an award and exhibit at this exclusive event. To demonstrate how effective it will be consider this comment from Simon Whale of Reapit following EAELIVE09:
“We have sponsored the EAE awards events and found them to be extremely productive for us in generating new business. In a one day event we did the level of face to face meetings we would normally hope to complete in a calendar quarter. The agents that attend are of the highest quality – the type we want to be doing business with.”
Your involvement in the Estate Agency of the Year Awards in association with The Sunday Times will enable you to gain maximum exposure to the business owners and senior directors of the most forward-thinking and dynamic agencies through the build up and marketing beforehand, on the day itself and by post event follow up.
On agreeing to be involved, we will arrange a planning session with you to establish your objectives and how we can best achieve them. In addition to exhibition space the programme of events throughout the day offer many opportunities to promote your products and services. You will have several opportunities to meet agency owner’s face-to-face including registration, coffee breaks, drinks reception, gala lunch, the awards ceremony and post event drinks. Some sponsors are planning pre-event breakfast meetings and post-event dinners for their key target agents – there are several ways we can help you to meet the right people. Unlike some exhibitions where you only get a fleeting chance to meet people, this event provides extensive networking with key players. We will promote your involvement to our database of 13,000 agents and feature you prominently on the awards web site and other marketing materials. We can also help you gain the maximum PR advantage from your sponsorship – our goal is to make sure you receive outstanding value from this event in every way possible.
In association with The Sunday Times The Sunday Times has recognised this event as being of huge importance to the industry. “We are very pleased to continue our support for the industry and to recognise the achievements of both sales and lettings agencies. Agents have reacted well to the change in market conditions and this event helps determine who has done it the best." Dave Thompson, News International, (parent company of The Sunday Times)
The award winners will be promoted within both The Times ‘Bricks & Mortar’ and The Sunday Times ‘Home’ supplements and winners will be able to display their medals with The Sunday Times branding – without doubt the most valuable accolades in the industry. You too have the opportunity to join The Sunday Times in supporting the achievements of the very best agencies in the UK. More than an awards ceremony Each year on the morning of the awards ceremony, we hold educational seminars which attract agents from all over the UK, over and above those who have entered the awards. This is just one of the reasons why a number of companies have continued to sponsor the awards year after year. The day is structured to ensure that sponsors have multiple opportunities to exhibit, to present, to network and to have meaningful dialogue with agents. The overwhelming majority of attendees at the Awards are owners or senior level directors; decision makers within many of the largest and most successful estate agencies in the UK.
Previous Attendees We consistently get entries from companies representing over 4,000 offices in the UK. Here is a selection of firms that have attended over the last few years.
