Development Advisor—Hannah Breeze I started my working life working for a Recruitment agency back in 2005. I started to work in admin, typing up contracts, chasing missing timesheets and progressed through the company to work on the Service Desk which helped contractors with any payment issues or queries that they may have and resolve the issues for them. This experience has helped me in my Current role as a Development advisor for Acacia. My job role involves helping the jobless find work and get back into employment. I have to interview candidates that are interested in working in a care/ child care role and actively find employers who I think will take them on. I will arrange for the candidate to have an interview with an employer and follow this up, gaining feedback from the employer and providing this back to the candidate. If the candidate is successful, I will liaise with them to conduct a CRB check before they can go into the work place. If the CRB comes back clear, I will then arrange a start date for the candidate to start work and then meet them on their first day to carry out an induction and sign them up for
