The name comes from the Iranian city Shiraz the old capital of Persia and has long been associated with a rich cultural heritage. The interior aesthetic exhibits Persian style in the dark wooden tables and chairs and the elaborate mosaic work that contrasts the exposed brick walls. The charcoal grill is used to cook many of the meat dishes but there are also vegetarians and vegans options. The menu features traditional foods such as hummus, baba ganoush, dolmeh, saffron rice, kababs and salads. Enjoy traditional Persian tea and, of course, finish with the deliciously rich baklava for dessert.
