Residential villa

It is a residential villa in Asfan area, the ground floor is designed as a special floor to receive guests, the color palette was chosen with the client, and the modern style was used. We have adopted for each part of the house a unified decor, which meets the equation of compatibility between the components of decoration in this part in terms of colors, model and quality. We found a solution to the problems of arranging and distributing furniture inside the house according to the needs that ultimately meet the ambition of the house owners to provide comfort, taking into account the shape and style

1 Modern Style The modern style is characterized by the simplification of forms that do not have decoration, and is characterized by comfort and simplicity at the same time. New materials have been used, such as concrete, glass and steel. Modern design is elaborate. Modern style and contemporary style are considered more famous, used and loved architectural styles than the recognized traditional style. Both styles are characterized by clear straightforward lines, simple design elements, dependence on choice of colors and finishing materials.

The play room is in Sheikh Mamdouh Al-Maddah palace. The room was designed by choosing light colors due to lack of sufficient sunlight for the room, for being in the basement. The color palette was chosen with the client to suit the personal taste of her children. Modern style was used. We have adopted the selection of cheerful decor that provides them with more than one use of the same place by examining the spaces, besides distributing and arranging furniture.

Coffee shop

The project is a specialized coffee shop consisting of two floors designed in the industrial style. The ground floor is for youth and the first floor is for families. Light colors were selected due to the small place, and lack of architectural openings in it, which leads to lack of natural lighting entry in it.

Industrial Style Entrepreneurs in the design of their business are now turning to the so-called ‘industrial style’. It is required in many distinctive homes, restaurants, cafes as well as offices. The industrial style has been used and has been characterized by the use of materials and pieces that give an industrial character, such as concrete, steel and metals in general. It is characterized by its ability to create a surprisingly larger area. Therefore, it is used extensively for intelligent planning of open spaces. It is preferable using warm colors. Neutral for industrially designed spaces, which are usually large and open.

The project is a restaurant consisting of one floor designed in Islamic style with a mix of modern construction style. The two parts were designed for external sessions, namely the youth section and the family section. Pergolas were used as umbrellas to reduce the sun’s radiation in some areas. We were unable to close ceilings and walls because one of the parts was dedicated to smokers. We have also designed furniture to suit the style.

and optimism and hope

Islamic style is the main feature of architecture and houses spread in the historical city of Jeddah, a mirror that reflects the culture of the inhabitants of those buildings and provides a picture of aspects of the social and cultural life experienced by the owners, including customs and traditions that influenced the design of their homes and which customs and traditions were influenced by such design.

Today, Jeddah historic houses were a fertile area in the field of heritage and architecture for researchers who were inspired by the works of construction and decoration.

Wood was in a variety of forms covering those entrances and most parts of the building from the outside. Thus, Jeddah historic district embodied an architectural art that became characteristic of it. Its designs were based on fine wood, Islamic inscriptions and calm earth colors.

KEY PLAN

6 OUTSIDE AREA

Jeddah historic district was famous for its decorations and engravings that pervade its homes. These decorations were a characteristic of the Islamic architectural style, and such decorations were found in the Hijazi heritage, which were usually found in the main entrances of these buildings that were designed in an artistic way, where wood was used as the main material.

Wood has been used because it gives warmth and texture to the facade. It is a distinctive and influential choice in the design of your home facade. It is in line with most of the iron ores, stones and paints. Different grades of paints were used beside the wood, and some hidden lights were added to give a different spirit and to show the design aesthetics.

ELEVAION

GRUNDE FLOOR the fountain of patience and optimism and hope

Modern Style The front facade of all buildings is the first mirror to reflect to the viewer the harmony and sound thought that the designer, who designed it, have. The choice of facades windows design is considered one of the things that the architect and the house owner think of, most of the time. Most of the buildings’ designs for Saudi_ Arabian_ houses tend to be more special designs. We always ignore the aesthetic factor, as we make solid designs with boring formations in the process of designing our homes because of prioritization. Now, people have changed the perspective of designs and they can choose beautiful designs that meet their most important requirements and that combine beauty and privacy. The following facade has been redesigned as such.

The project is a residential complex containing 26 residential villas. Design has been made ‘modern’. Lines have been made in many forms to cover the windows and to add aesthetic shape to the building. These lines were also highlighted by adding lights and by using more than one raw material. Different materials were used, such as (wood, concrete, paint, silk, steel), taking into account maintaining the client’s privacy and maintaining the aesthetic form at the same time.

Modern Style

Modern design has been chosen because it is characterized by being very simple with some touches that are little strange but beautiful, while extreme simplicity and consistency of colors give a breathtaking beauty for the facade. The use of natural stones for the exterior design of the facades is in itself a renovation despite the passage of time on this type of designs, but eyes do not get tired of looking at such design because it gives in all directions shine, beauty and luxury to the place, keeping in mind that a simple design gives a comfortable impression to the eye.

4

5

The external facade is a reflection of the interior beauty of the house, whether it is a villa or a residential building. Therefore, it was important to define a design that fits with our oriental character and at the same time fits the artistic sense of the place owner. The designs of the exterior facades are many and bifurcated to a large extent. It is possible to quote ideas and add more ideas to suit the personal taste of the individual.

the fountain Industrial Style of patience and optimism and hope

Entrepreneurs in the design of their business are now turning to the so-called industrial style, which is required in many distinctive houses, restaurants, cafes as well as offices. Industrial style deals with the field of external and internal architecture from the perspective of the fact that architecture is an industrial usable product, combining aestheticism with good use of spaces and decoration. The industrial style has special colors that distinguish it alone from other design approaches, which are neutral colors quiet away from glamor. On top of such colors are gray in its various color-shades, cream, beige, black and white, one of the things that distinguish the industrial style is also that it depends on elements in the decoration that represent symbols of primitive life, such as red bricks, stones, and concrete touches with which we feel the interior design of the house was not yet.complete . Furniture: It relies on large-sized furniture, but it is not quite gilded and huge like the classic style; it is closer to modern designs that we used to see, but with leather or velvet materials, and with neutral colors that reflect the special sense of this decorative style which is full of strength and rigidity.
