Keyboard shortcuts you can use, try one today: CTRL+C Copy text. CTRL+X Cut text. CTRL+V Paste text. CTRL+Z Undo previous action. ALT+S Save a record. ALT+C Close a record. ALT+P Set printing options and print a record. DELETE Delete text. SHIFT+DELETE Delete selected text and place it in the Recycle Bin. CTRL+RIGHT ARROW Move the insertion point to the beginning of the next word. CTRL+LEFT ARROW Move the insertion point to the beginning of the previous word. CTRL+A Select all the text in the current field. ALT+F4 Close the active form, or quit the active program. ALT+SPACEBAR Display the System menu for the active window.
