Abilene Parks & Recreation As you and your family prepare for the winter, we encourage you take part in some of the wonderful events during these upcoming months. Our staff is always working hard to provide you with the best recreation opportunities by creating a mix of your old favorites with new events and leagues. Come join us this winter in some of our upcoming events, such as our Trout Derby, Winter Break Camp, Daddy Daughter Dance, and many others!
