THE ALBATROSS

The Albatross is designed and considered a continuation of the sister company: The Country Club of Sebring, a top-rated public golf course serving Central Florida and the surroundings. This is achieved through understanding demographics and that all elements are aimed at providing the optimal user experience.
The design reflects catered craftsmanship with an emphasis on reason behind design. References are made to color psychology, contemporary materials, and integrated wayfinding. The restaurant strikes a balance between the history of the club and the bright future the business holds. These two parallels merge to create a beautiful and sophisticated atmosphere, a hidden gem in the city.

Luxury apartments overlooking the twin lakes in Sebring, Florida. Offering plenty of amenities, the Scenic Apartments will be the first large scale apartment complex the city has seen.
The Scenic Apartments are fit to have 300 rooms. Stacking three stories, this complex offers a variety of layouts.
