Ensemble Cymru Ensemble Cymru have saved the best for last with this final offering from their 2016-17 Concert Series. Royal harpist Anne Denholm, alongside principal flautist Jonathan Rimmer and violist Lucy Nolan, take us through evocations of the natural world with Sally Beamish’s Between Earth and Sea, and From the Song of Amergin by Welsh composer Hilary Tann. This Debussystyle trio will also capture the reflective and poignant lyricism of Arnold Bax’s Elegiac Trio.
