4 hours fire resistance According to BR10, demands are REI 120 when: �Highest floor level is above 12 m�

Hollow core: 60 min

SL-Deck: 240 min

- Needs fire insulation to achieve higher fire resistance

- Due to the undersurface of lightweight concrete


Fire test

Fire test 2014: After 4 hours standard fire the SL-Deck was unharmed. Load was increased from 2x38 kN to 2x64 kN without breaking the deck.

3-4 x better sound insulation According to Danish building codes, requirements for sound insulation in residential buildings are: - Airborne sound damping 55 dB -  Step noise penetration (level) 53 dB 22 cm hollow core: 52 dB
