Types of learner You will succeed on this course if you are interested in the Hospitality and Catering industry and like holistic learning styles; which gives the opportunity to engage with local employers and the possibility of work experience. You need to enjoy the subject and ideally have complete the VCERT in Food and Cookery course, but this is not essential.

Specification VTCT Level 3 Diploma in Professional Patisserie and confectionery
