AIRSTREAM_REPAIR _My job for this project was to repair and polish the Airstream. Ever since I was a child, Airstreams caught my eye with their polished, silver bullet style. When I first saw this 1974 Airstream, I wanted to make it shine and bring it back to its former glory and striking presesence in the city streetscape. A classmate, Johann Durรกn, and I spent over 200 long and painful hours polishing this Airstream to a mirror finish. _Other projects I did included making new wheel wells using plywood and EPDM, insulated and reapplied the metal bottom along with helping create the hatchback. This design build process allowed me to get a more in-depth experience of how things are assembled and the level of detailing required.
