SUMMER SELECTIONS 2016 aaron payne FINE ART Santa Fe, New Mexico

Hot and windless June has given way to glorious July in Santa Fe. The monsoon rains have begun, bringing in cooler winds and late afternoon rain to cleanse our palate after long summer days. They have also signaled the beginning of the Opera season and soon Folk Art Market, Art Santa Fe and the much-anticipated SITE Santa Fe Biennial.

We are pleased to be in high season and a part of the ongoing happenings here.

Please enjoy our Summer Selections catalogue. There is a nice variety of artworks representing the range of interests we have at the gallery. There is a sinuous oil by Arthur Dove and a whimsical Morris Hirshfield not seen since it was exhibited in the 1950s...one of only seventy-seven known paintings by the artist.

We have looked to California more in the last year and have works by artists such as Larry Bell, Joe Goode, Lee Mullican and Ken Price to offer as well. The works in this catalogue are but a few available here at the gallery, so please be in touch about your interests.

We hope you’ll get a chance to visit the gallery and also participate in the many exciting things happening in Santa Fe this summer. Enjoy.
