High School: Turner, a 6-11, 230-pounder from Omaha, Neb. finished his senior season at Omaha Northwest High School. He played in 13 games due to transfer rules, as Turner added 10.4 points per game to go along with 6.5 rebounds. He also added 1.7 assists per game. Turner also received recruiting interest from Western Illinois, Providence, Indiana State, Marshall, and Creighton.
