CHOCOFILL™ GP CHOCOFILL™ GP for cost efficient fillings CHOCOFILL™ GP is an all-purpose filling fat which meets the manufacturers requirements for a broad range of functionalities at low cost. The CHOCOFILL™ GP range of filling fats covers any application in a chocolate confectionery production including biscuits and filled wafers. In these applications, the CHOCOFILL™ GP standard range (see figure 1) is easy to use; the smooth, plastic structure allows CHOCOFILL™ GP to be mixed directly from the box. If first melted in a traditional filling process, CHOCOFILL™ GP crystallises very fast into a stable crystal form with no specific pre-tempering process. The final filling has a smooth structure with a nice mouth-feel and flavour release. In addition, the filling has excellent stability. CHOCOFILL™ GP is based on a range of different vegetable oils and different production technologies ensuring optimal product quality and the lowest achievable cost. On the label, CHOCOFILL™ GP must be labelled as ”Hydrogenated vegetable oil”.

CHOCOFILL™ GP can be used in a wide range of applications such as: - CHOCOFILL™ GP 30 can be used for shortening for biscuit and wafer production and as soft biscuit and confectionery fillings. - CHOCOFILL™ GP 40 can be used for standard biscuit, wafer and confectionery fillings. - CHOCOFILL™ GP 50 can be used for harder confectionery fillings like biscuit and wafer fillings – particularly when a softening ingredient (such as hazel nut paste etc.) is added.
