“This trip and conference was a real eye opener for me. I made friends and had a very motivational talk. Ladies from Africa “yes we can do it” I will never shy again in my little cocoon and rot there with all the brilliant ideas. Thanks Joy”

“What a great idea for creating a website for African women only, Congrats!!! You can't believe it, sometimes it takes up to a month before i see any Africans. Now, i can just pop in here and feel at home. THANKS!!”

“I am not a saint but I have to say everybody was looking forward to visiting the Vatican City. I have to be honest, that my dreams were or all our childhood dreams were coming into reality. We’ve all had heard about the Sistine Chapel St.Peter’s Church, the Pope and so forth but being there in real life was awesome.”

“You have really done a good job and you are really focused on your goals: to bring the African women together and honestly speaking hats off... good job:”

“You have done a good job Joy and I am sure it is not an easy task find the time to bring all your ideas to fruition, so I salute you and commends you for your efforts”

“Thank you for accepting me to be one of African Women in Europe. It is a very good forum for African ladies to bring their hopes, views, motives and ideas together for a strong link for African Communities in Europe.”

“So far, I like the website very much. I am able to get in contact with people more than I have at other websites offering a social network. I am usually not the type to network socially, but I have found this to be helpful in learning about activities and events in Europe and other parts of the world, marketing opportunities, info about African business owners in Europe, and I am very much looking forward to being able to purchase hair/beauty/cosmetic products through this website for African/Black women!”

“AWE tour guide was also very good and professional explaining the history of the Vatican City and what an amazing place!!”

“Thank you so much for organizing the event, it was very successful and I loved the City of Rome. I also wish to take this time to thank you Nancy Gathecha for the motivational talk, it was very professional and very well delivered, it definitely gave me a lot to think about my dreams. Thank you Nancy. God bless you all” (Wambui Njau UK),

“ It was awesome and look forward to another one like this next year. Again it was meeting people in person, Joy, Nancy, Janet etc not forgetting my roommate Amotola” (Mercy Njoroge UK),

“ It was a pleasure to meet for the first time highly motivated women, this made it easy to organize the event. I am now more motivated to organise the next event in Paris France” (Joy Zenz Germany).
