/Main theme of this project is art. The ground floor of the building serves as a gallery café, the wall of the passage to the courtyard is used as outdoor exhibition space. At the upper floors are 4 apartments with a studio designed for artist, emphasizing function of the building and creating targeted community. A distinctive element is brick facade, it responds to the historical context of the street and its perforated design without distinguished elements connects neighboring houses and units their different scale. Also the facade serves as an acoustic barrier against noise from the busy street.

planning application RIBA Stage 2 2 Kingsland Road, Hackney, London E2 8DA The proposal occupies the vacant air space above Zero Kebab with a three-storey boutique minihotel requiring C1 Planning Class Use (Hotel). Hotel is defined as a boutique mini-hotel. Mini-hotel in the sense there will only be one room per floor. The development site is located at the very south of the Kingsland Conservation Area (City Fringe) and adjacent to South Shoreditch Conservation Area. Our proposed elevation follows a regular rhy thm which is both classical and modern. It aims to achieve blending both historical and modern design and create new character of street view. We pick up historical window designs from neighbourhood and inser t them to the base window grid.

REALIZAČNÍ WORKSHOP NEZEVLI JEN TAK Tým: Andrea Pernicová, Zdenka Krejčová, Tran Anh Tuan, Nicole Minichová Horní promenáda, Trutnov Kostka svou jednoduchostí vyzývá zároveň ke hře i odpočinku.

/Sloping terrain became an inspiration for designing a cascade garden. The shape concept allows a person in a wheelchair to get close to the flowers. Labels are also in reaching distance for standing person and might be in Braille, so it enables creating a gardens for the blind.

/The task was to design interior of secondary school Gemini and adjacent garden. The aim was create variable adaptable space. Furniture is chosen with respect for people with disabilities, colors are in sharp contrast considering people with visual impairments. The furniture was made to adapt to the needs of the students. Maximum flexibility is achieved using fixing system that enables mounting furniture to the convenient height.

Jednoznačnost určení jedinečného objektu, člověka, to představuje čárový kód a otisk prstu. /The inspiration for this plastic was Brno native Milan Kundera, par ticulary his book Identity (L‘identità). The roots are usually

planning application RIBA Stage 3 212 Upton Ln, Newham London E7 9NP Restoration and conversion of the grade II listed building - ‘The Spotted Dog’ - for commercial/ residential use, with new residential development on the adjoining land. The development will involve the restoration of the listed building, adaptation it to the residential use and the erection of additional two housing buildings. The overall provision of new residential accommodation floor area will comprise of 2131 sqm (GEA). The scheme provides as well a car parking which is treated with permeable resin bonded gravel, a new public space and hard pavement landscaping of the inner yard of the development. The maximum accommodation schedule is an answer for the standards set out by the London Plan 2008 and Newham Local Plan. They aim in assuring that as many houses as possible are built. They seek as well the response to the question of the mixed sized, types and tenures within the new developments.
