「 創 造一個自己的舞台。」是2004年成立空間設計公司的創業初衷，
“ reate your own stage.” has been Abraham A&I Design’s core value since its establishment in 2004.
迄今，未曾動搖。 我們的服務內容包含室內、建築以及景觀設計等特 殊機能的整體規劃服務。 在這裡，僕人堅持用「 設計自宅」的態度來面對每一位業主交付的設計委託，透過 專業團隊及分工，匯整建築師、營造商及各方專業人才，提供一期一會的客製化空 間設計服務，同時進行經營團隊的世代培養、交替。 2007年，公司開始投入興建屬於自己「家」的工作，從選地、購地、規劃、建築營造至室 內設計，腦海裡關於「家」的種種美好想像，一磚一瓦、一件一物、付諸實現，累聚成今 日的青埔襲園。 襲園，有著承先 啟 後的寓意，是學習園地、揮灑創意的圓夢舞台。 它具體地實現我們對於建築設計的精神理念，多年來所有的經驗累積傾其於一役。 未來，襲園不僅是僕人建築空間整合的設計基地，也將是實現生活美學的襲園美術館， 透過藝術家駐村、移動式美術館等計劃，為藝術與空間現身說法、詮釋。
A bout A braham A&I Design C
The content of our service is “Special Function Overall Design Services”, including interior, architectural and landscape design. Abraham A&I Design upholds to “designing our own residential dwelling” assigned projects by our clients. We oﬀer “one-time, one-meeting” customized interior design service through the appropriate distribution of labor and integration of the expertise of architects, construction companies and other professionals. In addition, we will also engage in cultivation of the new generation of talents, making alterations to our management team. On 2007, the Company has devoted constructing our “home”, beginning with land selection, land purchase, planning, building construction and eventually to interior design. We converted many of our imaginations on what a “home” should look like reality, a brick and a roof tile at a time. The ﬁnished result is the Qingpu XI Yuan we see today. XI Yuan links the past and the future and is the optimal dream-seeking performance stage for learning and creativity. It is the physical realization of architectural philosophy and design concepts as well as the years of experience we have accumulated. In the future, XI YUAN will not only serve as Abraham A&A Design’s design base for interior integration but also the realizes aesthetics in life (XI Yuan Art Museum Aheritage). XI Yuan oﬀers in-person explanation and interpretation for art and space through the stationing of artists, mobileﬁne art museums,and other plans.

僕人設計理念 自 始至終，我們對於設計的態度始終如一。 一貫的「自然、人文、藝術、平民化」觀點，包覆著來自不同使用者的需求內涵，呈 現出充滿歡樂、舒適與美感的空間樣貌，不浮媚於流行，卻站上設計灘頭，而且 獨具個人特色。
建築空間設計以大自然為師，經營一個讓人身心靈嚮往、常駐其中的自在空間。 使用素材取之於自然，也用之於自然，且趨向於有機化。另透過新科技的發明改 良材質、縮短工時，達到維繫住宅健康的目的，將對地球的傷害降至最低。
一個沒有人文的空間是沒有生命力的。所謂的人文，簡單地說， 便是個人的生活態度，甚至擴大至個人對社會的關懷。 站在設計者的角度，我們責無旁貸地，兼負著協助居住者找到他所想要的生活
attitude has always been the same - “nature, humanity, art and approachable” covers the context of needs for living from diﬀerent users, preventing the space ﬁlled with joy, comfort and aesthetics without the superfluous fashion but stands on top of the design.
“Nature” design originates from nature Nature is the master of all, which people yarn for stay physical, mentally and spiritually. Architectural space not only requires robustness and durability but people today also an emphasis on health. Such appeal is also the mainstream design in the next 20 years which extensively aﬀects all aspects of life. The model uses material from nature and applies to natureorganically. Additionally, the invention of new technology improves the material and shortens labor hours to maintain residential health and minimize the harm to the earth.
The living attitude of “humanity” is the soul to space A space without humanity is lifeless. The so-called humanity in simple words means the personal attitudetowards life, which can even be expanded to personal care for the society. From the perspective of a designer, it is our responsibility to help dwellers ﬁnd the lifestyle he or she desires to inspires him/her through communication and other aspirations, thereby creating a particular humanity mark that belongs to the dweller. We comprehend the other dimension of the humanity and sensation of the dweller through space and housing.
藝術與空間的結合並不等同於博物館設計，我們認為應是擷取藝術的美感精神，讓空間傳 達藝術渲染力，不論是藝品、傢飾、攝影、信手塗鴉等都能成為美感元素。 美學藝術不再是遙不可及，是可落實到家中每一個角落，提升居住者的美感品味。
讓以上「自然、人文、藝術」的觀念，落實於每一個家中，每一位要裝修房子的人身上。它，無 關乎裝修金額的大小，自己喜歡就好，重要的是不要為了裝修而裝修，要讓住屋空間變的有 意義。一開始，對裝修設計毫無頭緒，不知道如何進行的話，就從「自然、人文、藝術」方面著 手吧！這就是平民化的精神。很希望它可以像一種信仰一樣，深植於每個人心中。
“Art” articulate space through dynamic and static aesthetics Many people intuitively associate with museum when mentioning about the integration of art and space. In fact, “aesthetic spirit” of arts, including spatial artistry, decorations in life and even impromptu photography taken by individuals are integrated into space, so that such remote aesthetics and workmanship could be implemented in all corners of the house, upgrading the aesthetic taste of the dwellers. “Plebian” is a reasonable perception that everyone should possess The concepts above of nature, humanity,and art should be implemented in every home and every interior designer. The amount of money is irrelevant as long as the dwellers like the interior design. It is essential not to renovate simply for the sake of renovation but to give more meanings to the housing space. It is suggested starting from nature, humanity, and arts if the designer does not know how to begin. This philosophy of plebian is what we look forward to embedding into everyone like a belief. 6.
關於襲園美術館 襲 園美術館的發生，是從一個很小的念頭落下種子，從襲園裡一個小廳開始。如今， 這一顆從小廳發芽的種子，開花結果，枝繁葉茂，支撐起一片人人都樂於親近、攀附、 振翅飛翔的藝術天空。 回到我們對於建築、設計的堅持，以「自然、人文、藝術、平民化」回應我們對於「家」的 無盡想望。家，不應該只是用一面面牢不可破的牆，築疊而成一個個四方盒子，它除了 滿足使用需求，也應該是家人一起共同創作的藝術空間，哪怕只是一件器皿小物、一 張塗鴉，都是一段銘刻情感、寫錄情感的記憶，是可父傳子、子傳孫的甜蜜家傳。
襲園，不 僅 為 我 們 堅 持 的 建 築 設 計 觀 現 身 說 法 ， 作 為 傳承學習的基地，更具體說明 ＂空間、藝術、生活＂三者之間的互動相依，於是有了襲園美術館的發想，結合美術館 在藝術交流與學習教育的發展、藝廊審選藝品的特點，催生了襲園美術館系列。 藝術的本質就在每個人心中。每個人都有自己獨特的美感，應該被分享，被了解；透 過學習、分享、交流，提昇個人的美感，增進自己對藝術的知識。 襲園美術館提供了這樣的創作平台，藝術交流園地，而且專注於生活藝術領域，從你 我每天所見、所看、所用的尋常裡，挖掘令人感動的美好。透過藝術家駐村計劃、實作 活動、講座教學等，透過藝術家的眼睛、現身說法，引領我們向藝術生活靠近，喜愛用 藝術來調劑生活、佈置居家空間。 就讓藝術回歸生活吧！以自己為中心，以自家為起點，將藝術渲染力擴展至周圍的人， 慢慢幅散出去。
XI Yuan Art Muesuem
occurrence of (XI YUAN Art Museum - aHeritage) began with the seedling of a small idea and a small hall in XI Yuan. Now this seedling sprouted from the small hall has blossomed into fruits with thriving branches and leaves, supporting up to an art world which everyone likes to approach, climb and fly high. Looking into our persistence in architecture and design, we respond to our inﬁnite yearning for “home” through “nature, humanity, art, and plebian.” Home should not be built by solid walls that stack up to form boxes. Home not only needs to meet users’ requirement but also a place for the family to create arts together. Any piece of device, object, or painting, is the profoundly unforgettable memory and the rich legacy that can be passed down from the father to the son and from the son to the grandson. Xi Yuan not only explains for our persistence in architectural design and concept but also serves as the foundation of heritage and learning with a speciﬁc explanation for the mutual reliance among “space, art, and life.” The aspiration of aHeritage hence begins, integrating the development of artistic exchange and learning education, and the features of gallery selected artworks, driving to the foundation of aHeritage–pure happiness and casualty.
Everyone possesses the nature of arts with unique aesthetics that should be shared. We can all enhance knowledge in arts through learning, sharing, exchange, and upgrading personal aesthetics. aHeritage oﬀers such a creative platform and art exchange place with a focus on the ﬁeld of arts in life. aHeritage discovers the touching wonder through average objects we see, look and use. Artists stationing program, practice event, and seminar instruction guide us to move towards artistic life through the eyes and in-person viewpoints of the artists so that we could spice life up and decorate home with arts. Let art return to life. Take oneself as the center and spin out from the home to spread the art appeals to people around you and radiate outward slowly.
襲園設計理念 青 埔襲園，既是作為建築設計的重心
Design Concept of Xi Yuan Q ingpu XI Yuan is the central base of architectural design and the art exhibition
and creative studio. The building is located in a 90-degree angle land adjacent to two roads, a single house with an independent yard that stands in the emerging urban area. The building takes consideration of the multi-use of architecture and the interaction between buildings, people and the environment to naturally develop into an organic building close to the land, neighbor,and communities. The building faces to the south, where there are opening in the northern and southern sides of the house, both are withdrawn and excavated for a one-floor height underground. The house ownsfour floors of spaceandseems to have grown robust form the land with more approachability. The building not only adopts organic design but also integrates the concept of green building and the indispensable elements of “sun, air, and water” for all beings, which bring the design of building into full vitality. The west side of the building does not have a window while the east side is one of the main entrances.
Another wall has been built outside the passage to block the rising sunlight in the morning. The sun penetrates through the walls and into the ground floor, turning the sunlight into the most natural direct lighting for the space. The house is like a huge mountain that varies according to sunrise and sunset, which is coincidentally the origin of design aspiration in “Mountain Shadow” for Qingpu XI Yuan. Favored by the plentiful natural lighting in the day, the rooms are bright and refreshing. The building itself is a compound building with asymmetrical height on the two sides. The hollow stairway serves as the boundary while the top of the stairway is a courtyard. The opening and closing of electronic courtyard window guide the exchange of cold and hot currents. Moreover, the ultra-large French windows are installed on the south and north sides of the house, so that opening the window will bring the cool southwest wind outside of the house in, producing natural ventilation in the underground space. Water contains two implications here. First water corresponds with the architectural design, where the water design of the court view and the flowing streams stir up the coldness in the air. On the other hand, the image of water flowing incorporatedwith the vibrantly green plants in the court view becomes a beautiful visual eﬀect for the underground floor, helping people to settle down the impetuous emotion and convert the mood. People can perceive the alteration of time and rotation of seasons at any time; such free sensation of enjoying and using the space makes one feel like home.
