Rondomat

How can you work without getting tired? With an ergonomic dough sheeter. The Rondomat is the right dough sheeter for small to medium-sized bakeries. It features a rugged and ergonomic design. With the Rondomat, you process all types of dough gently to form consistent blocks and bands of dough. The working width of 650 mm even allows you to feed cutting tables, croissant machines and small make-up lines.

Manomat and Automat

What is the basis for continuous use? Ruggedness and performance capability.

Unique synchronous gear Dough bands have a tendency to make waves, to jam up or to tear. You can solve this using the synchronous gear of the Manomat and Automat. Press the reversing lever further down: the synchronous gear engages and the feeding speed is adapted, enabling you to sheet even extremely thin dough bands easily and cleanly.

With the Manomat and Automat, you quickly process particularly large quantities of dough. You can also work effortlessly in multiple shifts. Numerous elaborate details ensure maximum operator convenience. The design is extremely rugged and smooth surfaces made of stainless steel make cleaning simple.

You wish to have more possibilities? Ask your RONDO specialist consultant.

Your dough bands will only be regular if your blocks of dough and fat plates have a regular square shape. With regular dough bands, you reduce waste and thus lower costs substantially. Using the Rondopress, you effortlessly and easily shape dough and fat blocks into regular squares. The high pressing force of the Rondopress also makes the fat very pliable, resulting in particularly consistent layers of fat.

What does heavy work the fastest? The heavy duty, highly productive Compas HD. There is a very good reason why the name of the Compas is followed by the abbreviation HD for «heavy duty». The machine features particularly high performance and is built for continuous use. Its record-breaking operating speed will also impress you. It is also extremely robust, very easy to operate and processes all types of dough gently and reliably into consistent dough bands and blocks.

Automatic width monitoring system You want to exploit the full width of your make-up line and reduce the waste at the edges to a minimum. To achieve this, the dough bands all have to be sheeted to a consistent width. The Compas HD automatically measures the block of dough and indicates when the desired width has been reached. This provides you with dough bands that are always of a consistent width – irrespective of the size and weight of the dough block.

Optimised flour dusting The Compas HD requires only a minimum quantity of flour. The automatic flour duster sprinkles a consistent amount and only to the set width.

Variable reeling speed Each type of dough is reeled extremely gently, with low tension and automatically. You can set the optimum reeling speed for the dough properties in each case.

Direct feeding Doughs that cannot be reeled, for example donut or scone dough, can be transferred directly to a make-up line.

Your dough bands will only be regular if your blocks of dough and fat plates have a regular square shape. With regular dough bands, you reduce waste and thus lower costs substantially. Using the Rondopress, you effortlessly and easily shape dough and fat blocks into regular squares. The high pressing force of the Rondopress also makes the fat very pliable, resulting in particularly consistent layers of fat.

The RONDO Cutomat is a dough sheeter with integrated cutting station – the perfect solution when the available space is limited. In five simple steps, you process all types of dough to create fine pastries of first-class quality – efficiently, uniformly and reliably.

The right Cutomat for every requirement The mechanical Rondomat-Cutomat combines ergonomics with performance capability and hygiene. The Manomat-Cutomat and Automat-Cutomat are designed for the highest demands with regard to peformance. The AutomatCutomat has an automatic roller adjustment that always guarantees the same rolling steps. On the Manomat-Cutomat, these are set manually. Manomat-Cutomat and Automat-Cutomat Mechanical dough sheeter and cutter for the highest performance requirements. The Manomat-Cutomat has manual roller adjustment and the AutomatCutomat has automatic roller adjustment.

Five simple steps 1. The dough is sheeted gently. 2. You switch to cutting speed. 3. You activate the cutters. 4. The dough sheet is cut to the desired shape. 5. You fill and fold the pastries on the outfeed conveyor belt.

Sturdy cutting station The twin cutting station can be operated conveniently from the front. You adapt the cutting pressure individually to the dough. Counter-pressure rollers under the synthetic conveyor belt guarantee clean cutting with a minimum of pressure.

Simple cleaning All Cutomats have smooth surfaces and practically no visible screws or bolts. Thanks to the modern design and the proven scraper system, you clean the machine quickly and easily without the need for tools.

How does your production become more efficient? With a well-balanced team. The RONDO dough sheeters and cutting table complement one another perfectly. Together, they form a versatile artisanal production line. On the cutting table, you cut the dough sheet into various shapes. At the same time, you can already be processing the next block of dough on the dough sheeter. That saves time and increases your productivity.

Four time-saving steps 1. The dough is sheeted and reeled gently on the dough sheeter. 2. You place the dough sheet on the cutting table, where it is unreeled again. 3. The dough sheet is cut to the desired shape. 4. You fill and fold the pastries on the cutting table.

Transfer tables for delicate types of dough Doughs that cannot be reeled or are sticky or crumbly can be transported directly to the cutting table on the practical transfer table.

Durable and stable The sturdy stainless-steel construction of the dough sheeters and cutting tables guarantees a long service life. You have a choice between cutting tables of 2.6 m and 3.6 m in length. They are also optionally available with variable speed.

Efficient production of croissants Do you produce croissants? If you do, you’ll know that manual curling takes up a lot of time. With our Rondinette curling device, you produce croissants in various sizes – quickly and efficiently. Triangles of dough cut on the cutting table or the Cutomat are simply placed on the infeed belt of Rondinette and loosely curled.
