FEMALE FASHION MAGAZINE OBJECTIVE To create a publication design based on my own choice. The images, graphics and layout of the magazine must be created using appropriate application softwares in order to meet the creative and production workflow requirements for publication design.

SOLUTION ‘Female’ as my final selection to redesign is because that I never do this kind of style in my design pathway. The consistency of the design must be carefully managed throughout the whole design. I can maintain the consistency of the publication design using form, colour, typeface, layout and grid system. Adobe InDesign’s master pages are the idea tool to assists me in this particular area.

CHUPA CHUPS CREAMY LOLLIPOPS OBJECTIVE To design a shelf talker for a popular Spanish brand of lolipop - Chupa Chups. Shelf - talker is a printed advertisement that is hung from the shelf in a retail store, supermarket or variety store. They are small signs that are fixed to areas of retails shelves to highlight an aspect of a product e.g. one may customer to a message on it.

SOLUTION Since Chupa Chups have many series of lollipop, so I chose the creamylolliop for the shelf-talker. i also create a mascot for them because their target audience is children. the shelf-talker was printed on an A3 artcard. after printed out, the cutter also detected the outline before i created and cut it out.

BETWEEN LUNACY OBJECTIVE To use own creativity and software skills that I had learn from the class to design an A3 size mini poster for a movie. In the poster, I am required to create a title, information about the play, eg: name of the playwright, actor or actress, date, time, venue, admission

SOLUTION I had used the city as my background picture in the poster to support my movie poster as the police want to find out the prisoners around the city. Designed with gloomy feel to creates a sense of sadness. I masked the actors’s pictures inside the movie title to show that the people was shrouded in a huge cage.

HAND DRAWING IILUSTRATION OBJECTIVE

To draw one illustration or portraits everyday and I can see how my drawing has been improved. Along the way I will be learning how to draw a proper figure and a confident line stroke.

SOLUTION I trained myself by drawing circles and line everyday to build the confident in illustration. Besides, I practiced drawing human anatomy after I gained confident to sketch it right.

MANDARA SPA OBJECTIVE It was a group work to design a Spa set or a group packaging for body scrub, body lotion, facial moisturiser, and relaxing bath salt as we have to rebrand the company to compete with others spa products in the market.

Since the early twenty first century, goji berry has been marketed in the West as a health food, often accompanied by scientifically unsupported claims regarding its purported health benefits. So I used it for the design because it can provide a healthy benefit for the genuine customer and it can make them relax. The spa set contained of a body scrub,

CANDY FACTORY OBJECTIVE Developing a series offline collaterals and online media about Social Entreperneurship Campaign via a Brand. The purpose of this assignment is to develop your knowledge and ability to prepare effectiveness of the marketing campaign.

This time, I made a campaign for Orang Asli families because they are in need of housing aid in Peninsular Malaysia. That’s a lot of people who don’t have a save place to live in, to grow in and learn in. This campaign was to create awareness for people using mobile game app to gathered everyone to join and accumulate all the points and then transfer them into cash for donation.

VISION ELECTRICAL SOLUTION ‘Vision’ is an electrical shop which has been opened long time ago but didn’t have any namecard and logo before. The namecard was simple and using red as main colour to make people easy to remember. For the information part, I used green colour to do contrast so that black colour information will stand out. This also can make people more easy to read the information.
