yyy Swine’s menu is one of contemporary Southern cuisine. It pushes preconceived limits of traditional fare with bold flavors from an in-house smoker, complex spice rubs and a decadent pastry program. House favorites include 14-Hour House Smoked Brisket, Dry Rubbed & Smoked Memphis-Style Spare Ribs, and a warm Sticky Icky Bun made even more indulgent by bits of candied bacon.

The Whole Hog menu preparation begins three days in advance, with the smoking of a whole pig to be carved tableside and served with molasses BBQ, mustard BBQ and pickled citrus mop sauces. Ample sides of baked beans, braised mustard greens and ham hocks, Adluh South Carolina stone ground corn grits and a Granny Smith slaw round out the meal, inspiring guests to make up any excuse to celebrate.

yyy The ever-changing cocktail menu combines spirits with fresh seasonal juices and herbs. Specialties include multi-spirit recipes often featuring rye and rum together in one glass, and aged cocktails. Both barrel and bottle-aged cocktails are crafted in house, as well as Swine Bitters – a staple in the Swine Old Fashioned, made with bacon-rinsed rye.
