TAX DIRECTOR Review and research all things tax-related in the firm.The position requires someone with a solid foundation in U.S. income tax and the capacity to interpret technical matters and taxation strategies for non-tax personnel. The position’s salary and title will be commensurate with the individual’s experience. Position Summary:
Grow tax practice by 10-15% per year for next 3 years.
Assist with budgeting and forecasting of key income tax metrics.
Scenario planning and modeling to assist with business unit expansion or restructuring initiatives.
Implement projects and drive them through to a timely, successful conclusion.
Maintain an open mind and seek out process improvements.
BS Degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA
7+ years of experience
An outgoing personality with a desire to work closely with – and provide coaching, mentoring and training to – the junior staff.
