SEPTEMBER IS SUICIDE PREVENTION MONTH Join the 13th CSSB Suicide Awareness Walk with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) on Friday, September 27 @ 9:30am The walk is 4-miles with various agencies (military, faith, local community, etc.) set-up along the route with information, pamphlets, information and refreshments. Things will kick-off in JBLM-North at 9:30am with speakers (testimonial type from survivors/family) and walk starts at 10am. KIDS / TEENS Sept 21-22 – Youth Annual Pheasant Hunt at JBLM. The Western Washington Pheasant Release Volunteers, Pheasant Forever members and base staffers will host the annual hunt, releasing about 350 birds during the two-day event.
