CFO Sink Hits Home Run at FPPTA Opening Session CFO Alex Sink congratulated the FPPTA on its 25th Anniversary. The CFO praised the trustees present for their educational accomplishments and stressed the importance of continuing education for pension trustees and managers on risk management, governance issues and investment management. The CFO called for more transparency, accountability and responsibility on behalf of investment managers. CFO Sink also addressed the importance of public employees and retirees and the pension systems with over $3 trillion in assets that cover 20 million workers. CFO Sink was then presented with an engraved piece of crystal for her support of Florida’s public employees and retirees by Chief Executive Officer, Raymond T. Edmondson.
