Main attributes of project are to being temporary and unique, they are developed using progressive elaboration, require resources from various areas. Project should have a primary customer or sponsor, and involve uncertainty.
How is a project different from what most people do in their day-today jobs? Projects are different from day-to-day jobs primarily because they have focused goals and definite beginning and ending dates. Operation is work done to sustain the business while projects end when their objectives have been reached or when the project has been terminated.
