SALE CONDITIONS

Sale Conditions Stock will be sold under the conditions of sale displayed in the mart, recommended by the Livestock Auctioneers’ Association for England and Wales. Purchasers please bring the CPH number, address & postcode of the premises where the animals will be moved to and the registration number of the vehicle in which they are to be transported. These are all required when printing the movement licences.

The Auctioneers & Fieldsmen will be pleased to assist in arranging transport for livestock.

HEALTH & SAFETY

It is reminded to all customers that Livestock should not be unloaded without the assistance of a member of staff. Children are not allowed in the sale ring at any time. Please inform a member of staff before unloading if your livestock could be dangerous.

PAYMENT DUE ON DAY OF PURCHASE

All purchases must be settled on the day of purchase and prior to the clearance of any stock. New customers and or agents wishing to purchase on behalf of another party, must contact the NWA offices at least 48 hours prior to sale, to provide full details and references for authorisation For accounts in default Interest will be charged from date of purchase at 8% over Lloyds Bank base rate at the time. Purchases shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law in England

Classes: Pair of Bullocks, Pair of Heifers. Special prize for best homebred pair. Champion to Receive the Tom Owen Memorial, Awarded to the Best Pair of Bullocks. Trophy kindly donated by the family of the late Tom Owen
