11. THE MAIN GRANT AGREEMENTS The Foundation entered into a grant agreement with IYF, whereby IYF shall grant US$126,397 to the Foundation from October 1, 2007 to October 1, 2010 for the support of project to wandering youth, classified as temporarily restricted.

The Foundation entered into a grant agreement with Samsung Securities Corp, whereby Samsung Securities Corp. shall grant ₩380,000 thousand to the Foundation from May 1, 2005 to May 31, 2008 for assistance in education of youth’s economics and security.
