Local residents A path crossing the site is used as community road by local res residents. There is a Hama-Otsu sttion in the west of the site. The site is used by local residents as community space.

Tourists

External music hall is used as comuunity place for local residents.

The site on tourist s way to temple and a famous place of Biwa-Lake. When the time of ďŹ reworks festival, the site is ďŹ lled with viewer.

Condominium for musicians

Performance space for musicians.

Community path for local residents.

People who pass through community road can hear music.

If tsunami go over the dam, residents can run away to high land area(Wakayama castle) while tsunami ow in the moet.

Moet There are moats in this district 60years ago, but all of moats had ďŹ lled in. However, there are some places where remain atmosphere of the day.

This area is consist of three kinds of area, Coast side area residents area, and commercial area. Each moet enhance character and capasity of disaster prevention in each area.
