1 - Your members press a single button on any phone In case of a dispatch first responders can press a single button on any phone to let everyone know that they are responding.
2 - And you know who is responding - in real time The status of each member is immediately displayed on any personal computer, tablet or mobile phone that is logged into the system.
3 - Members at the station will know when to go en route First arriving members will preview the response data to determine when to go en route with emergency apparatus and what apparatus to leave behind for those that will be arriving.
4 - You can request additional resources faster In addition, you can determine if sufficient resources are responding and whether additional manpower should be requested, either from another station or from mutual aid agencies.

Know who's available - even before a dispatch For some agencies, knowing who is available to respond and who is not is valuable information. This information can be used to get a rough idea on who would call in as â€œrespondingâ€? should an incident be dispatched. It can also be used to know who would be able to respond during high probability periods when your agency could be dispatched, such as a weather related event or on weekends.
Mass Messaging The eNotify module is a mass-notification system that allows your agency to send out individual or bulk messages to email, SMS text, and mobile, home, or work phones. This feature is great for alerting special teams, sending out reminders, or polling agency personal about an upcoming function.
Dispatch Center Access The dispatch center module grants dispatch centers an overview of all the stations under their control. Discounts are available for region-wide implementations. Dispatch centers can even use the dispatch notification module to forward alert messages via sms, email and phone calls for redundancy.

Example: Jefferson station responds to 200 calls per year, an average of 8 members turn out for each incident. If every responding member calls FFRS for every turnout, there will be 1,600 calls made per year, at a total annual cost of $44.80.

Usage Fees There is a charge of 3 cents for each call made to the FFRS by your members, when they call into the system to report that they are responding to an incident. This is billed to the subscribing agency and not to your members. These charges are billed yearly, based upon actual usage. No charge when responding with the FFRS Smartphone app.
