Job application letters Before you apply for a job, some preparation must be made.  First, you have to decide the kind of job you are interested in or you are specialized in.  Next, you should do job-market research in order to collect enough information about the requirements of that particular job.  Then, you should read personal advertisements carefully and list several job openings. 

Personal data : a . date of birth ; b . place of birth ; c . nationality ; d . marital status ; e . family members (optional ); f . dependents (optional ). ď Ž

Resume 3. Educational background : Start with the highest degree or the highest level of education received down to high school graduate will be enough .  4. Professional experience : List your work experience starting from the most recent job , and provide a brief description of job duties .  5. Personality (optional )  6. Hobbies and interests (optional )  7. References (optional ) 

Personal portfolio To demonstrate your professional style, it is suggested that a personal portfolio should be well kept and organized. In your portfolio, you may include:  1. Academic transcripts filed in order .  2. Diplomas .  3. Records of rewards and special dedication .  4. Certificates or licenses to verify your expertise . 

You may emphasize your educational background and /or professional experience .  3. Express your unique personality , characteristics and capabilities that suit the position .  4. Before the interview, find out everything you can about the company and the job, including the qualifications, descriptions and requirements.
