Croft, M.D. has been a psychiatrist in private clinical practice in San Antonio, Texas for 30 years. He is board certified in Adult Psychiatry, Addiction Medicine and Sex Therapy. He serves as medical director and principal investigator in the San Antonio Psychiatric Research Center. Dr. Croft's interest in PTSD started in 1973 when, as a major in the U.S. Medical Corps, he served as medical director of the Drug and Alcohol Treatment program at Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.
