Install, Lift Truck Models GLP/GDP16VX, GLP/GDP18VX, GLP/GDP20SVX (GP/GLP/ GDP030VX, GP/GLP/GDP035VX, GP/GLP/ GDP040SVX) (C810) and GLP/GDP20-35VX (GP/GLP/GDP040-070VX) (B875, C875) 1. Install wiper motor to front window using one flange nut (right side) and two grommets onto threaded shafts on wiper motor. Insert shafts through two holes in front window. See Figure 53.

2. Install cap and jam nut. NOTE: Inspect wiper blade. If it is cracked, split, or worn, replace with new blade before installing wiper arms onto front window. 3. Install wiper arms and blade to front window using two lock nuts and lockwashers. Close hardware covers at base of wiper arms. 4. Connect cab harness connector to wiper motor. 5. Install wiper motor cover to wiper motor.

Open hardware covers at base of wiper arms and remove two nuts and external tooth lockwashers from wiper arms.

2. Remove wiper blade and wiper arm from wiper motor threaded shafts. 3. Remove two hardware covers, nuts, washers, and lockwashers from two threaded shafts that pass through two holes in wiper motor housing. Remove wiper arms from front window. 4. Remove two lock nuts that secure front wiper motor cover to wiper motor housing. Remove cover. See Figure 54 for lift truck models •
