Remove bearing cone (1) and splined connector.

Remove preload spacer from driveshaft. Remove pumping head and piston from housing. Using a suitable marker identify each piston and slipper to their corresponding barrel in the pumping head.
Pumping Head and Slipper Assembly 6.
Separate pumping head and slipper assembly and inspect for damage. Where damage is identified the pumping element must be replaced. 1 Pistons and Slippers 2 Cone 3 Washer 4 Pumping Head 5 Pins (3 off)
