01 中壢新 LOGO Rebuild The Old Sreet River And Focus The Traditional Business On This Site Environment Planing And Design Core Studio collaborator:shanshan ma Spring 2018

中壢市老街溪經歷加蓋又開蓋,再加上混凝土的垂直河道,讓人和水的關係逐漸消 失。同時因為周遭生活污水和道路下水道的雨水都匯入老街溪,讓老街溪的水質變 得不是很優質,導致水中生態狀況不良。因為老街溪水人關係的落寞,老街溪和周 邊傳統業態的關係也正在破裂,舊時趕集形式的市集正在消失,包括一些古早美食。 因此,我們希望可以通過老街溪翻轉,包括老街溪形態和機能的復育,重新打造新 的水人關係,以及文創后的傳統業態在基地的聚集,再與在地的業態進行串聯。利 用基地即將建成的機場捷運 A22 站,把人流帶入老街溪沿岸,打造活躍的都市藍帶。 使老街溪成為中壢的標誌,中壢的 LOGO。

Ecological Operational Strategy

形態復育 堰體改善:興南堰改為以石頭砌成的分散性落差工壩

河道改善 : 去混凝土堤改為砌石護岸並種上植被


機能復育 活的生態系 a. 隨著洪水等河流衝擊落差堰的棲地形成

分散型落差工

洪水或其他河流衝擊

形成多樣棲地(潭區、瀨區)

b. 以模仿自然的手段進行徑流管理與淨化

階梯式自然堤岸並種植植物

生物開始使用該環境作為棲地

c. 上挑丁壩迎水面深潭和背水面滩地的形成

不拘泥于河道兩旁,而是針對 老街溪周邊的重要節點進行串聯

不僅對河岸兩側進行串聯,河流 也要創造多袋型空間,與河岸串聯

河濱步道 同 樣 貫 穿 南 北, 與主動線隔離

主動線 貫穿南北,兩旁 連接不同的空間

國小連接親水空間 連接新明國小和親水空間,同時廟前廣場可以 視線可以看到親水空間兒童的安全狀況又有一 定程度連接,靠近水岸

兒童可以下到淺灘地親近自然 同時可以利用現地的鬆散要素 充分發揮創造力

采用辮狀河的概念,進入的人分流 可以走靠水的濱河步道,也可以走 中間的主要道路逛街


02 油槽轉譯 Renewable Energy Experience Park Environment Planing And Design Core Studio collaborator:Ruei Chi Wu Fall 2017 不管是日本第六染料廠還是中油,所在使用的能源都是不可再生的化石能源,他們 能做的只有不斷地提純而已,不管提純到多少的百分比,他燃燒后對環境的破壞很 大(比如全球暖化) 所以我們希望,在我們重新拾起這塊土地的時候,能把這個基地翻轉變成可再生能 源的一個體驗園區 .


HISTORY

1944-1945 包括基地 在內的整 個園區的 功能都和 不可再生 能源相關

1945-2005 部分地塊 功 能 轉 變, 但還是有 石油儲存 和生產的 功能

1998-Present 油 槽 荒 廢, 但中油還 是佔據存 儲化石能 源

In TaiWan ,there are only water shrew and beaver is semi-aquatic mammal. However,the beaver is considered has died out in TaiWan Island,so that the reaserch of water shrew becomes much more important.But the number of water shrew is smaller than the other small mammals in land.Otherwrise it is easily disappear because of theman’s activities. (阿部等 2002, Abe 2003, Arai et al. 1985)

The areas which water shrew ever benn to before 2009 The areas where water shrew ever appeared in 2009 and 2010

In these areas,MingChi is a place which is developing as a scenic spot.Because of its unreasonable design,theenvironment is bad to water shrew,so that the number of water shrew is reducing.
