Responsibilities: Contributed as a Rope Access Boilermaker at the Rio Tinto Yarwun Alumina Refinery, conducting maintenance of caustic plant, repairing caustic stress corrosion cracking using arc gouging, FCAW and MMAW, blending weld according to repair requirements. Provided quality fixed plant maintenance and installation services in accordance with specifications and requirements. Replaced and reinforced caustic corroded section on the plant and applied pre-heating prior to welding. Senior Mechanical Construction Engineer/Coordinator & Welding/NDE Coordinator (Feb 2019 - Mar 2019) Woodside Brownfield Contract, Pluto PDFS Project, Pluto Gas Plant RESPONSIBILITIES: • Assigned as a Senior Mechanical Construction Engineer/Coordinator & Welding/NDE Coordinator after Wood was engaged to takeover and complete the Commissioning phase of the PDFS Truck loading Facility on the Pluto PDFS Project. • Coordinated resources within budgetary constraints including specialist vendors to complete the Mechanical, Instrumentation and Software commissioning of the 2 Truck loading Skids and undertook communications with various stakeholders as required. • Prepared and submitted extensive daily reports to Woodside senior management due to the completion target date, which detailed progress, opportunities and risks associated with the remaining project scope. • Ensured all work was carried out in compliance with safety and quality regulations, company values and policies, relevant laws and regulations, agreed priorities and objectives, standards and procedures and industry best practice. Superintendent (Sep 2018 - Dec 2018) Pluto Gas Pipeline, Pluto Gas Plant RESPONSIBILITIES: • Worked as a Superintendent on the Pluto Gas Pipeline as the sole site representative for this project, managing and overseeing the site execution including implementation of contractors, vendors, operations and readily liaising with client to discuss progress. • Managed the daily reporting, schedule, logistics, quality control and HSE aspect of the project to ensure requirements were met.

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Contributed as a Welder on the Montara Decommissioning and Topside Installation/Hook up, during decommissioning of the burnt out platform assisted in strengthening the existing jacket/topside to make ready for the landing of the new topside. • Welded 200 tonne lifting trunnions and other various support structures and welded new topside out once the redundant topside was cut free then assisted with the hook-up phase which included connecting the risers and all the new pipework/spools.
