2011 Finance Commission Meeting received from NORCECA´s Finance Department the Internal 2010 Finance Report, being reviewed by the Commission Members and remitted, after its approval, to our external auditors Ernst & Young, for the final audit to be performed on NORCECA’s 2010 Financial Statement and Accounts. We must outline that during the 2010-2011 NORCECA’s Budget was strictly followed, that NORCECA affiliated National Federations complied with the payment of their affiliation fees and that all competitions were developed according to the foreseen budget registration. NORCECA`S income allowed to increase a special reserve in order to assist, financially, NORCECA’s Caribbean and Central American affiliated National Federations Development Programs, to host the Regional Caribbean and Central American Youth and Junior Championships, as well as, to host the FIVB Beach Volleyball Continental Cup.

NORCECA Website & Newsletters The website of NORCECA was re-designed in 2011 in order to highlight the newest information from archived news. Also a new slide-show section with the best images of our events has been displayed, as well as a screen for the streaming video. These modifications have enhanced the image of NORCECA and also contributed to present a more accessible way to follow our competitions as well as, the events held by the FIVB and the other Confederations. Also during the past year, NORCECA published the Yearbooks corresponding to the periods of 20032004 and 2009-2010 as well as a Newsletter summarizing the main tournaments of 2011 that was distributed to the delegates attending the 21st NORCECA Congress. As we speak we are currently working on several publications such as our Yearbook 2011 and those corresponding to the periods of 2005-06 and 200708. These yeabook will serve as an important reference of the sport activities of our Confederation and the history of the institution.

A multi-annual contract agreement has been engaged by NORCECA with Sport Court International that will allow NORCECA to distribute 7 Sport Court floors per year among the Category I and II National Federations. Also, the contract agreement engaged by NORCECA with Media Sports TV, a leading pay-per-view TV Broadcaster and internet streaming company, continues to enhance the promotion of volleyball in America and worldwide.

The Molten Corporation contract was renewed for four more years, increasing the amount of volleyball and beach volleyball equipment to be distributed among NORCECA´s National Federations. All of NORCECA’s major volleyball and beach volleyball events will be available to be downloaded by internet, creating an opportunity to be enjoyed by hundreds of thousands of internet viewers.
