If you do not complete the registration and payment process once your NEW account is created, your account Information will not be saved in our database and will have to be re-entered. Our system does not allow duplicate account creation, if you or a member of your family have registered with the YMCA in the past and you do not know your Login ID or PIN, please use the "I Forgot my Login ID or PIN link located on the START page or contact your local YMCA for retrieval of this information For International Accounts: If any of the address fields below are left blank, credit card processing may fail. If your city, country or region is not listed as a selection, please contact your local YMCA branch for assistance. A payment in full is required to complete the registration process, if a payment is not made, your registration will be automatically cancelled. If there is a previous balance on your account—it will have to be paid in full to complete your transaction. As a security feature, after 5 minutes of inactivity you will be automatically logged off. Any items in your shopping cart will be lost.
1 From the START page, click “Create NEW YMCA Account”
The first person listed on each account is the account “Main Contact” who should be an adult 18 yrs or older – if registering a child this should be a legal parent or guardian.

Click Here to add a child (ren) or any additional family members living in household. All family members should be listed on account (even if they are not registering for a course). Note: If you make a mistake and would like to remove a family member, Click on the REMOVE button to the right of that person’s name. The Account Main Contact cannot be

Enter an account contact Phone Number & Email Address – this is also the mail address you will use to retrieve your online Registration User ID/Pin if it is ever forgotten. Click on “Create New” to complete your account information and activate your new account.
Account Creation Complete! Account Creation Confirmation Message will appear. You are now ready to register.
