2013–14 Fundraising Results Thank you to all of our donors and volunteers who helped Yale Athletics to a strong finish in 2013-14.

In 2013-14:

Yale Athletics experienced its best-ever annual fundraising year, bringing in a total of $3.38 million in annual operating gifts · Our sport associations surpassed their combined gifts goal of $2.5 million by $400,000 · 11 out of 18 Associations met or exceeded their fundraising target · The endowment had a record year for new programmatic funds, providing an increase of $12.4 million in pledges and $5.1 million in cash

2013-14 Sport Specific Fundraising Highlights: • The Yale Lacrosse Association rallied to endow their program, raising $7.55 million in pledges – incredible! (see below) • The Yale Crew Association completed fundraising for two more head coaching endowments (see below) • The Yale Soccer Association has named the men’s coaching position – now both soccer coaching positions are endowed • The Yale Football Association held the largest single fundraising event in Yale Athletics history with their annual golf outing which raised over $100,0000 • The Yale Tennis Association raised its largest annual gift total in program history • The Yale Golf Association answered the call for the coaches’ needs for technology improvements, raising $25,000 over goal for new equipment

Yale Lacrosse Works to Endow Entire Program! In an incredible show of leadership, a group of Yale Lacrosse alumni has united to endow their programs. Donors have raised $7.95 million against a goal of $12.5 million to endow Yale Lacrosse.
