At 28, [WVSU Alumnus] Ric Cavender serves as a mayor of sorts for the venerable and increasingly vibrant East End. He’s executive director of East End Main Street, a nonprofit organization devoted to rejuvenating one of the city’s most iconic neighborhoods.
