Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter News The Philadelphia/Delaware Valley Chapter, following up on the program initiated by Dr. Frank Enty, has begun presenting copies of the book “Moonfixer” by Earl Lloyd to schools in the Chapter’s area. The book is a significant piece of Black History in that Earl, a WVSU alumnus, was the first African American to play in the National Basketball Association.
