I started Kountry Kids in April of 1997 along with the help of my Mother and a tremendous amount of work from my husband Michael, and we just kept growing! We now have grandchildren with our 2 sons and daughter-in-laws who have families of their own , so we are living in a different location than the daycare from where we started. My husband and I fostered children for 6 years, while raising our own and I drove a school bus for VCSC for 10 years prior to starting up Kountry Kids. So I guess you could say we REALLY are all about kids! We also love animals , currently owning 3 dogs, 2 cats, 1 goat, 10 horses and a miniature cow! We love to trail ride and most of all enjoy our kids and family with big Sunday dinners and birthday celebrations. CampusTransit FREE BUS SERVICE Ivy Tech Community College-Wabash Valley and Terre Haute Transit have launched a new bus service called CampusTransit, which provides a bus stop at Ivy Tech Community College, 8000 South Education Drive. This free service is offered to all Ivy Tech students, faculty and staff.

Fares: Regular: $1.50 Children Under 5: Free (must be accompanied by an adult 14- Ride Pass: Available at Transit office or driver 31- Day Pass: $40.00 (Unlimited rides for 31 days from the activation date.) Available at the Transit Office at the new Multi-Modal Parking Garage.

CampusTransit is designed to provide FREE shuttle service throughout Terre Haute, but its route has been expanded to include the Ivy Tech main campus. The dedicated Ivy Tech CampusTransit route runs from Honey Creek Mall to Walmart to Ivy Tech and then returns to the Mall via U.S. 41. By showing a valid Ivy Tech ID, Ivy Tech students, faculty and staff have the choice to ride the Terre Haute City Bus, as well as the CampusTransit Shuttle Bus, at no charge. Service to the campus will be provided from 7:50 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Thursday, with the bus returning to its origin at Honey Creek Mall approximately every 30 to 35 minutes.
