Participants should have developed sector outcomes that are linked to the ninth development plan (NDP) outcomes. Participants should have developed indicators for their sector outcomes. Participants should be able to assess, design and revise their sector’s M&E system to measure the achievement of their sector outcomes. Participants should be able to design or revise their sector’s M&E plan based on assessment results. Participants should be able to develop a prioritized work plan for their M&E system, and cost it.
