Get the information you need during hospital visits Prepare before your hospital visit: • Keep track of your questions by writing them on paper or in your cellphone. Bring the list of questions with you so you don’t forget to ask them. • Bring all your prescription and non-prescription medicines with you in the original packages. Be sure to bring any vitamins, herbal and natural products you take.
