Hair Salon
Our Hair Salon is located on the 1st (LL) Level of the hospital. To book an appointment, please call extension 33422.
Cafeteria
For your convenience, “Impressions Marketplace” is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. The cafeteria is closed during weekends and holidays. The cafeteria menu includes a hot entrée selection of comfort foods, vegetarian dishes, exhibition cooking, and ethnic cuisine. The deli bar offers fresh sandwiches, made to order. You can find the Cafeteria on the 3rd (C) Level of the hospital.
Coffee and Express Meals
Coffee and express meal alternatives are offered at the “On the Go” kiosk located on the 2nd (Main) Level of the hospital. The kiosk is open twenty four hours, seven days a week. Foods available include tasty and hearty sandwiches made on wholesome breads and wraps, seasonal salads, fresh fruits, home-style soups, and a variety of beverages. Food is made daily and packaged for convenience.
Gift Shop
The Gift Shop is located on the 2nd (Main) Level of the hospital and is operated by the William Osler Health System Volunteer Association. The Gift Shop sells many items, such as magazines, gifts, cards, infant clothing, candies and personal care items. Payment can be made by cash, Visa, Mastercard or Interac.
Information Desk
An Information Desk is located in the Main Lobby where hospital volunteers are ready and willing to assist you during your visit or appointment. They can provide you with information such as visiting hours, finding patient room numbers, directions, accompaniment to destination, gift shop, cafeteria and coffee shop hours, parking and taxi/public transportation. Please feel free to approach the Information Desk for assistance.
Wheelchair Accessible Washrooms
Wheelchair accessible washrooms for visitors and outpatients can be found on the main Level of the hospital near the Gift Shop and on the cafeteria level.
