Varsity Sports The Williams Baptist College Eagles compete in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) in seven varsity sports as part of the American Midwest Conference (AMC). The NAIA has 258 member colleges and universities, and 21 member conferences. The AMC includes 13 member institutions in Arkansas, Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky and Tennessee.
